Thank You for Your Interest in Vending at Bizarre Bazaar!

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Space Size: Spaces are 10×10 feet.
  • Electricity:
    • Basic electricity is available for light usage, such as charging a phone or running a single violet wand.
    • If you need significant power (e.g., for appliances or large machinery), please consider bringing a generator and mention it in the “Details APEX Should Know About Your Vending” section of the form.
  • Food Vendors:
    • We require a conversation in advance. Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss specifics.
  • Vendor Selection Timeline:
    • We aim to finalize vendor selections by January 24th.
    • If you have a logo you’d like us to use, please upload it in the form as you want it displayed.
  • Cost to Vend: Vendors are required to donate an item with a retail value of at least $40 to the event auction. Donations of greater value are always appreciated. All proceeds from the auction directly support the Arizona Power Exchange.
  • Vendor Check-In: Check-in starts at 7:30 AM and ends at 9:30 AM on the day of the event.
