Are you ready to celebrate your pride? Are you an ally who is wanting to show their support?
Then please join us in donating to and attending APEX’s first annual Pride Clothing Drive!
For those of you who are unaware, APEX is participating in Phoenix Pride in October. We will be marching in the parade and hosting a booth. We will be handing out swag, providing snacks for volunteers, and of course, going all out with our parade float. However, we don’t want to strain APEX’s budget – and this is where you can help!
During the barbecue on June 1st, we will be having a clothing drive whose profits will all go directly towards our Pride Committee’s budget. The good doesn’t stop there, either – the clothing drive is intentionally going to be dedicated towards assisting anyone transitioning with an affordable change of wardrobe.
If you donate your clothing to APEX, you will not only be helping our club, but you will be directly helping some of the most underprivileged members in our community.
To plan for your budget, here is our price range:
- Shirts – $2
- Button-up tops, blouses, etc. – $3
- Pants, skirts, and dresses – $5
- Shoes – $10+ (Price depending)
Again, all profits go directly towards showing up as our authentic kinky selves at this year’s pride.
A marked donation bin has already been placed in the space. If you have donations, please set them in the red bin in the kitchen.
Open to the Community
Everyone 18+ is welcome. There is no dress code, but you must be street legal. NO cost, but donations are welcome.
This event is intended for adults over 18 years old, and will have adult content that may be offensive. Please do not attend this event if you are offended by adult subjects or adult language.
