Imagine, if you will, that you are tied to a chair fully dressed, but are wearing a hood over your head. You can’t see nor hear, and the only things that you can smell are the leather of the hood, and, perhaps, your own fear.
At best you are nervous because you don’t know what is going to happen. All you know is that you have been promised you are going to be hurt among other things. You just don’t know in what manner, how much, or when. Your anticipation and your anxiety are steadily increasing, and you can begin to feel your body releasing nervous sweat. Every little sound makes you jerk your head towards the sound trying to understand what is going on.
Now imagine that you are in front of an audience.
An audience that is watching every move you make and all the time wondering how much you can take. This is the beginning of the presentation on “FEAR”. It’s a journey of the mind. A journey that can heal or not. A journey that needs to be taken on carefully.
