Almost everything rewarding and amazing in life is attained through self-discipline. Great relationships, financial stability, health and wellness. In this class Kevin and Katie share how essential self-discipline is for people in Authority Transfer relationships. Leaders who have authority over themselves lead better. Followers who exercise self-discipline have a smoother journey and an opportunity to grow and shine.

By the end of this class you will have a greater understanding of how self-discipline (or failure thereof) impacts your relationship and your roles within your Authority Transfer.

Presenter Bios:

Kevin and Katie have loved and thrived in a 24/7 Authority Transfer relationship for 22 years. They enact their relationship in an Executive Model with the added hotness of Katie also being Kevin’s 24/7 FreeUse toy. They are the 2017 International Power Exchange titleholders and are co-authors of Lead Follow Love. Kevin is a retired Psychologist and they now teach fitness and flexibility as a way to stay hot and fuckable. Kevin and Katie’s mission is to help create, maintain and optimize relationships, including pursuing erotic and intimate connections. They encourage a healthy balance between hedonism and personal growth through presentations filled with wisdom, humor and brutal honesty.
