Volunteer Incentive Program

At APEX, we know our volunteers are the backbone of everything we do—and we want to say thank you! We’re excited to roll out the APEX Volunteer Incentive Program, designed to recognize and reward your time and dedication.

If you’ve been active any time in the past year, you’ve probably heard someone mention our monthly incentive: volunteer for 4 hours in a month, and receive a free month of All Access membership for the following month.

Well, we’re adding several more incentives–including special event tickets, merchandise, and other perks! Read more about the full new program below:

🎁 How It Works

Volunteers who log hours through Volgistics are eligible to earn rewards based on their cumulative service. Each reward has a milestone based on total hours worked, either within a calendar year or rolling backward from the month of an event.

🧾 Simple Rules

Hours must be entered into Volgistics to be counted—no exceptions.

You can only use a block of 50 hours for one eligible incentive at a time. For example, if you redeem a CPR class with 50 hours, those same 50 hours can’t be reused for an Intensive ticket.
Incentives must be redeemed within the specified windows, such as during pre-sales or class announcements.

EC and Board members are not eligible for these rewards while serving their term.
Volunteer hours are subject to change, and all rewards are subject to availability.

➤ Prerequisite: Volunteer 4 hours in a single month

Annual Recognition

➤ Prerequisite: 25 hours in a calendar year
➤ Given at year-end

Training Opportunities
🩹Incentive: CPR/First Aid Class (when offered by APEX)
➤ Prerequisite: 50 hours earned within 1 year of the class month

Weekend Intensive Ticket
🧠 Incentive: Free Admission to an APEX Weekend Intensive ticket of your choosing
➤ Prerequisite: 50 hours earned within 1 year of the intensive month
➤ Request during ticket pre-sale by emailing [email protected]

Special Perks
🅿️ Incentive: Reserved Parking Spot for Bizarre Bazaar and Kink Karnival
➤ Top 3 volunteers with the highest hours get reserved spots
