Thank you for your interest in vending at the Bizarre Bazaar on March 16, 2024

  • While we do our best to be accommodating, you will need to bring everything you might need to make your day successful.  This includes a canopy for shade, power cords, power strips, tables/chairs, etc.
  • Limited WiFi access is available if you take credit cards, however with so many people in attendance, it may be slow.  And not all spaces will have access because of proximity, so please arrange for a back-up plan!
  • There are limited spaces that have electricity, and once they are gone they are gone! So if you have this need, please get your application in early! Vendor spaces are approximately 12×12 outside with very limited single-table spaces inside.  So if you need one of the indoor spaces, please email early. Those spaces will be first come, first served.  If you need a smaller space, please let us know approximate dimensions. So if you only need a table, let us know!  And don’t forget to tell us ahead of time if you want/need to be placed next to another vendor.  We will not be accepting special requests for placement at the event or change your space after the map is published to one more of your liking.  All vendors get visited and we do our best to make sure all of our vendors have an amazing day!
  • Bizarre Bazaar 2024 Setup hours are from 7am-9:30am.  All vehicles MUST be cleared out by 9:30am.  Doors open at 10:00am and close at 4:00pm. We ask our vendors not to pack up early.  The last hour of the event tends to be busy as many of our volunteers and many latecomers go shopping after the auction.  The gates will open for vehicles at 4:00pm.

The Kink Karnival (Nov) and Bazaar Bazaar (March) are fundraisers and a membership drive for the Arizona Power Exchange, so in lieu of a vendor fee you will be asked to contribute something to our auction or raffle.  We will need that item upon check-in on the morning of the event. On the day of the event, you will fill out an information card that includes your business name, the description of the item, and the retail value

Vendors will receive two free passes into the event, but please make your donation commensurate with the extra pass and lack of vendor fee. Please be generous, the KK/BB keeps APEX open for our community.
