What You Need to Know:

Time Slots: Presentations will be scheduled based on event needs. We aim to have 6-7 slots for 20-30 minute “try-it” sessions, demonstrations, or small classes.
Larger Presentations: If you have a more extensive session in mind, please provide details at the bottom of the application. We’ll do our best to accommodate or work with you to find a solution.
Main Stage Requests: Certain presentations that require more space or accessibility may be allocated to the main stage. If you have mobility concerns or require the main floor for any reason, please let us know, and we’ll strive to accommodate your needs.
Free Event Access: As a presenter, you and one helper/demo bottom will receive complimentary entrance to the event.
