APEX Court Night

Has your slave been extra bad lately? Has your sub been a little too mischievous? Did your baby girl forget to make your fucking coffee, again? Is your brat being a little TOO sassy?

Bring them to APEX Court for judgment, sentencing and punishment where everyone is guilty until proven innocent!

How it works:

When you arrive, you and your bottom fill out the charges to be read before the court, and select three possible sentences. You will have the opportunity to present your case to the court. Judge Phoenyx will deliver the guilty verdict and choose the sentence and you will deliver the sentence, before witnesses, to your bottom. For those who love public humiliation and punishment, this event will deliver.

The Gallery

Spectators are welcome! Jeering, heckling, cheering or booing will find you in contempt of court. You may be chosen to be sentenced and punished on the spot.

Opportunities for Unpartnered Members to Participate

If you are unpartnered but wish to participate, you may do so in one of the following ways:

• Be a spectator who is found in contempt (consenting spectators will be given wristbands to identify their wishes)
• Self-submission of your crimes

Upon arrival you will fill out the form for your crime and possible sentences and negotiate with someone to deliver the sentence before the court when you are found guilty.

Possible Punishments

Need help deciding what punishment best fits the crime? Here are a few suggestions:

• Daddy’s Belt
• Flogging or Whipping
• Public Humiliation or Verbal Dressing Down

We have a few surprises up our Dominant Sleeves!

And don’t forget…we have plenty of cages for those awaiting sentencing and the guilty!

Get into it!  Bring your cuffs, chains, and dress the part!  Not required but super fun to play along.

Fine Print

• All participation is consensual. You choose your possible punishments and the person to deliver them.
• You CAN spectate without participating.
• APEX Court will take place on the main dungeon floor and the gallery will be in the loft. Play rooms will be open for regular play.  There will be no individual scenes allowed on the main floor during this party.
• You are NOT required to participate in APEX Court if you attend this party.
• You may change your mind at any time. ALL participation is consensual and negotiated.
• Bring share food, sodas or something sweet!  At APEX Court, bribery may or may not be punished!

All members OR specific genders/orientations are welcome, all playstyles are welcome, but the dungeon floor is reserved for Court.

About Hosted Parties:

Occasionally there will be a Friday Night Hosted Party. These are usually restricted to a specific segment of membership or a specific type of play. Example: Women’s Parties, Men’s Parties, Primals Party, Under 40s, etc. These kinds of parties are never on Saturday Nights which will always be open to the entire membership.

Open to All Current APEX (and Reciprocal) Members

The Door Will Close at 10:00pm so our volunteers can enjoy the party!
All-Access Members: Use your fob to get in after 10pm.

FREE for All Access Members Always, $15 for Standard (Pay Per Event) or Reciprocal Members. You can renew at the door, and Pay Per Event Members can pay in person.

Please note: All attendees MUST be members. Guests are not permitted (unless you have already purchased an Ancillary Membership which is very uncommon).

About the Play Floor

• The main floor is only for those playing on the dungeon floor. Please use the covered walkway to get to the outside social area.
• Social space will be in the kitchen and outside (you need to be street legal).
• Water and food will be in the kitchen.
• If you would like to bring food or sodas to share, there will be a table in the kitchen for that.
