New Member Orientation after the BBQ

If you would like to join the Arizona Power Exchange (APEX), this is your chance!
You will have access to hundreds of education, social, and support events each year, and will be joining a diverse and welcoming community of like-minded people!
New Member Orientation covers the APEX rules and basic etiquette, as well as a tour of the Club. Once you have applied for membership, attended an orientation, and paid for your selected membership type, you may attend any non-play APEX event, and any APEX play party 24 hours after orientation.

You can fill out paperwork when you arrive, or you can apply online ahead of time and save yourself time at orientation!
Please bring a legal form of identification with you, and be and to pay for your selected membership type when you arrive. APEX accepts cash and credit card.
Orientation starts promptly.
Please arrive on time or early. If you do not arrive on-time to orientation, you may not be able to attend the orientation.
It’s recommended that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to make sure your paperwork is filled out correctly and that you aren’t missing anything!
If you would like to meet us before you join:
You can attend one of our “Open to the Community” events. You can see them on our Events Calendar. These events include our Special Interest Group (SIG) discussion groups, our monthly BBQ & Open House, our Munch at FEZ Restaurant & Bar, and our Bowling Social.
New APEX Memberships can be obtained at any time before non-play events. New Memberships (including orientation) must be obtained at least 24 hours before attending a party or any play event. Sorry, folks… This is legal stuff!
Orientation is required for all new members and any member whose membership has been expired more than 2 years.
