If you’re looking for an opportunity to volunteer at APEX and love helping new members find their feet, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Our new member orientation and tour is an important start to someone being a successful member at APEX. We have 15-20 orientations each month, and it is important each orientation is just as amazing as the last. We want to make sure we are giving our new members the best possible experience.

With that in mind, we would like to introduce the New Member Ambassador Team Training! This team will receive training to make sure our New Members receive a consistent message, and a great welcome!

Much like the Door and Dungeon Monitor volunteers, these volunteers will play an invaluable role in the success of our club.

Qualifications for the New Member Ambassador Team:

  • Must be a current APEX Member
  • Must understand our culture/rules/values
  • Must attend training
  • Must agree to do (on average) 2 New Member Orientations each Month

Training will include:

  • The video
  • The tour
  • Common questions
  • Things to mention
  • How to sign up for volunteer shifts
