How can you capture the raw, visceral energy of a primal scene? The intense intimacy of an Ichinawa scene? Or freeze a whip crack in motion the instant it kisses your bottom’s skin?
Many of us have photographed the “artifacts” of our scenes–whether it is a completed rope suspension, or the aftermath of a bruised backside. Some have even participated in erotic, boudoir, or fetish photoshoots. But photographing an authentic kink or BDSM scene in progress is an entirely different beast.
Join our resident shutterbug Holo on a kinky photo safari as we explore the wild unknowns of photographing a live scene. We will cover basic concepts such as lighting and positioning, before moving on to discuss how to adapt to different kinds of scenes, and even explore how photography can enhance the scene itself.
