Become an Emotional Intelligence Warrior!

Do you struggle with emotions? Are conversations difficult because your feelings get in the way? Have relationships or scenes suffered because you don’t understand what your partners, or YOU, want? These are tough challenges for many, but there is comfort in knowing that other people have had these issues and have found ways to be successful. We will help you develop awareness and skills to better understand what your partners like, want, and need from you and what you need from them.

About Master Chris & slave elisha:

Master Chris and slave elisha live in a 24/7, authority transfer dynamic as a polyamorous couple. elisha has a husband and a girlfriend, that she dates with and without Chris. Chris also dates her separately. They are Arizona Master/slave titleholders and believe continued growth is important to successful relationships They believe that a well negotiated, consensual power exchange is the best relationship structure for them and enjoy sharing that journey. They manage the nonprofit, Truly Beloved, which continues their research and hosts an AirBnB dungeon. Chris is interested in hierarchy, power exchange, and consent in polyamorous relationships. Elisha looked at the intersection and the perceived benefits of yoga and BDSM participation, for example reduced anxiety and depression, connection to the self, and improved body image. She wrote the book Yoga for Kink (yogaforkink.com) as part of that journey.
