How to Renew Your Membership
If you’re looking to renew your Arizona Power Exchange (APEX) Membership, here’s how the process works:
For Memberships Expired Less Than 24 Months:
If your membership has expired within the last two years (24 months), you can renew by attending any APEX event that has a door volunteer. Please note, this excludes events where there is no charge or events open to the public outside of orientation.
At the event, a door volunteer will assist you in filling out a renewal form. You may also be asked to sign and initial a credit card processing/payment agreement if you’d like to pay your annual All Access Membership monthly. The volunteer will then collect payment for the membership renewal.
For Memberships Expired More Than 24 Months:
If your membership has been expired for more than 24 months, you’ll need to attend an orientation session to renew your membership. You can find an orientation to attend on our orientation schedule page.
During orientation, you’ll complete the renewal paperwork, make payment, and go through the orientation video. This is a required step for those renewing after a long absence.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact us at Contact@arizonapowerexchange.org. We look forward to welcoming you back into the APEX community!
